The San Francisco County Transportation Authority will hold workshops later this month and early August to discuss next steps in the proposal for mobility improvements through congestion pricing. This will be a critical issue for San Francisco businesses and your input is valuable. In person meetings will be held July 27 from 5:30 – 7 p.m. at the Ferry Building in the Port Commission hearing room on the 2nd floor and July 28 from 5:30 – 7 p.m. at the SFCTA at 100 Van Ness, in the hearing room on the 26th floor. May Hotel Occupancy and Average Daily Rates Available
According to PKF Consulting's "Trends in the Hotel Industry - Northern California," May hotel occupancy was 82.5 percent putting 2010 year-to-date occupancy through May at 74.6 percent – up 9.3 percent over the same period for 2009. Average Daily Rate (ADR) for May was $158.42 bringing the year-to-date ADR to $149.21, a decrease of 4.4 percent over the same period last year.
